The waste you put into Subpod is not organic so how does it create organic food?

If you put non-organic food scraps into Subpod then you cannot market that food as organically grown.
However, given the robust and diverse microbial activity present in the Subpod, it is very likely that the majority of trace chemical contaminants from the food grown with chemicals will be broken down in the newly generated soil and worm castings.
Whenever possible try to eat organically grown food and add the nutrient-rich scraps from that food to your Subpod.  All of these nutrients are highly bioavailable with the Subpod composting process, so the richer the inputs, the more nutrients present to be taken up later by the plants grown from that Subpod soil :)
