Why isn’t my tracking number working?
It usually takes a few days for the tracking number to become active on the tracking site.
Normally an order is processed in the warehouse for shipping and a tracking number applied when it is assigned to the courier.
The courier then picks it up and the tracking starts to get logged in the system.
Please get in touch if your tracking number continues to be inactive and we will look into this issue for you.
