Will soil acidity or worms cause damage to cement or bricks over time?
Soil acidity or worms vermicast will not cause any harm to bricks or cement.
The good news is that the vermicast generated by your compost worms will not be overly acidic and is likely to be in the range of just slightly acidic ( pH6.0 ) to neutral ( pH7.0 ). This pH range is safe for bricks and cement.
